At Willie J’s Eatery, all of our products are made fresh to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be satisfied with your experience and will work with you in the event of a concern.
Order Accuracy
Please check all orders at the time of delivery or pickup.
If there is an issue with your order (such as a wrong or missing item), please notify us immediately.
Once the order has been delivered or picked up, no replacements or store credit will be issued for incorrect or missing items reported afterward.
Product Quality
If you experience a problem related to the quality of the product, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Some restrictions may apply.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part.
